Rajya Sabha to consider Right to Information (Amendment) Bill 2018 today

The Right to Information (Amendment) Bill 2018 is going to be introduced in the Rajya Sabha today. The Bill will be moved by the Minister of Public Grievances and Pensions, Jitendra Singh to alter the Right to Information Act, 2005. 

2,617 Amarnath Yatra pilgrims leave Bhagwati Nagar Base camp for holy cave

The 19th batch of 2,617 pilgrims of a Amarnath Yatra have left for the holy shrine from the base camp in Bhagwati Nagar in Jammu at around 3 am today in the morning. They were sent in 87 light and heavy vehicles and under heavy security. 

Road accident in Kerala kills 5, injures 2 people

Five people were killed and two injured in a road accident in Kerala today. This accident took place in the early hours of the morning when a car carrying seven people collided with a bus. The injured people are admitted in the nearby hospital.
