21 December 2018 Current Events 10 Agencies That Can Now Spy Your Computer Freely

As many as 10 central agencies are now legally authorised to extract information from your computer. Organisations like CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) and NIA (National Investigation Agency) can now decrypt, monitor, and intercept any information that is either stored, received, or transmitted from your computer. The Ministry of Home Affairs has already passed an order for bringing this in effect on December 20. Other organisations that can spy on our computers are Commissioner of Police (Delhi), Directorate of Signal Intelligence (For service areas of North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, and Assam only), Intelligence Bureau, Enforcement Directorate, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Cabinet Secretariat (R&AW), and Central Board of Direct Taxes, Narcotics Control Bureau.
