Modi reacts to statements of Pravin Togadia and Giriraj Singh

Narendra Modi according to media reports has responded to the inflammatory remarks made by Giriraj Singh and Praveen Togadia. He tweeted that those who were indulging in making irresponsible comments should desist from that. He also stated this was diverting the attention from good governance and development. He termed the statements as petty.

Priyanka defends her family

As per the media reports, Priyanka Gandhi at a rally in Rae Bareli defended her family and said that attempts were being made to defame her family and she would wait for the truth to come out. She specified that harsh words were being hurled at her husband. She also added that Congress will fight back.

81 candidates, 8 million voters in 2nd phase of polling in Rajasthan

On April 24 there will be 2nd phase of polling in Rajasthan as per media reports when 8 million voters will cast their vote for 81 candidates in fray. Polling will take place in 5 constituencies this time as polling in 20 constituencies was already completed on April 17 when there was 63.75% voter turnout

Delhi HC declares ND Tiwari is father of Rohit Shekhar

According to media reports the Delhi High Court has declared that 32 year old Rohit Shekhar was the son of veteran Congress leader, Narayan Dutt Tiwari. ND Tiwari was also served injunction from denying in public that he was the father of Shekhar. The legal battle for the case had prolonged for six years.

Mudgal panel to continue investigation in IPL spot fixing


The Supreme Court has entrusted the Justice Mukul Mudgal committee to carry on the probe in the IPL spot fixing as per media reports. The apex court also rejected BCCI’s three member panel as the members were found to have conflict of interest. The probe will only be regarding the 13 persons whose names are mentioned in the sealed envelope submitted by the Mudgal panel.

Galaxy S5 now available at Rs 46400


As per media reports the flagship model of Samsung, Galaxy S5 can be availed at a price of Rs 46400 at portals like Flipkart and Snapdeal whereas on Samsung’s site the price is still listed at Rs 51000. It is believed that entry of HTC One M8 which is less in price may have been the reason for slashing of the price.
