22 June, 2016: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully launched its 20 satellites on Wednesday from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. The PSLV C-34/Cartosat-2 series satellite mission was launched at 9:26 A.M. The scientists have been congratulated on their achievement by the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
22 June, 2016: Krishna Satyanarayana Gandlur, an Indian national, who works for iTeamWorks as a consultant and Ravi Krishnan, an Indian businessman based in Zambia were arrested on the charges of rape at Harare, Zimbabwe. The two were taken into custody on Friday from the Meikles Hotel. The report was confirmed by Senior Assistant Commissioner of Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP), Charity Charamba.
22 June, 2016: Lightning strikes in the Indian states of Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Bihar have killed at least of 79 people on Tuesday. Majority of people were working on farms at the time of torrential rains. Rohtas, Purnea, Aurangabad, Gaya, Munger, Kaimur, Banka, Saharsa, Nalanda and Bhagalpur are the places in Bihar where deaths occurred.
