TB patients to submit Aadhaar details for cash benefits

According to reports, TB patients will now have to submit their Aadhaar number to avail benefits under a central government scheme. According to notifications issued by the Health Ministry, those who do not have Aadhaar card have to get themselves enrolled by 31 August 2017. The notification also states that it is applicable in all the states and Union Territories except Assam, Meghalaya and Jammu and Kashmir.

AP government planning Airports in private sector at Amaravati, Vizag

According to reports, the government of Andhra Pradesh is planning private airports at Amaravati and Visakhapatnam. The Central government has launched the UDAN regional connectivity scheme to make air travel affordable to the common man. The AP government revived the Kadapa airport and developed international airports at Tirupati and Visakhapatnam.
