Breaking its own corporate tradition, for the very first time, Google on Thursday, August 22, 2019, unveiled that from now onward they won't be keeping the name of their android mobile operating system like Marshmallows or Lollipop. It seems such names have become a source of laughter among people. Interestingly, name of this new version android decided by the technical giant is the crisp and clear Android-10. VP of product management -Android, confirmed that currently their agenda is to change the name of their releases. In the past, for internal purposes, their engineers have always kept the names of android releases after sweets or desserts. However, being a global operating system, it is their primary duty to keep the names relatable for their users and everyone else.
