ICJ fixes deadlines for filing written pleadings in Kulbhushan Jadhav Case

The International Court of Justice has fixed April 17 and July 17 as time limits for India and Pakistan respectively to file their written pleadings in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. The dates are selected by the ICJ by keeping in mind the account of views of the parties and the circumstances of the case.

Lalu Prasad to await verdict for another Fodder Scam Case

A special court of CBI is going to pronounce verdict for another fodder scam case against Lalu Prasad Yadav today. 56 people are accused in the case including Lalu Prasad Yadav, the Chief of Rashtriya Janata Dal, and former Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra. As per the reports, the court of a special CBI judge SS Prasad is going to pronounce the judgment.
