24 July 2020 Current Events Another Highest Number of Cases Recorded with 49,310 Cases on Friday

A new highest has been recorded on Friday with 49,310 new cases, taking the country's total of Covid-19 cases to 12,87,945 Coronavirus infections as per the reports by Union Health Ministry. The reports also added that the country recorded 740 deaths linked to the highly contagious since yesterday. Though the total number of cases is high, more than 8.1 lakh patients have recovered so far. Meanwhile, the new British High Commissioner said that India has a fantastic "vaccine capability," and it would play an essential role in the partnerships the UK is building on Covid-19 vaccine development and manufacturing.
