A tanker carrying inflammable gas overturned on the Seoni-Narsinghpur Highway in Madhya Pradesh. Initial reports say the highway has been closed for the public in addition to immediate evacuation of all nearby villages.

Kejriwal denies apologizing for targeting Jaitley

Kejriwal should apologize, says BJP

After missing out on the name of current finance minister Arun Jaitley in the report of city government’s inquiry panel into DDCA affairs, the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been asked to apologize in public. In retaliation to this, Kejriwal asked BJP as to why Jaitely was afraid of a probe if he hasn’t indulged in something wrong.

One held for killing two Bihar-based engineers

Bihar’s Darbhanga district saw the killing of 2 engineers working for a private road construction company. The police said that the two deceased engineers had received calls for ransom just a week before they were shot dead. With the suspension of one cop, the case has now been handed over to the State’s Special Task Force.
