28 June 2019 Current Events Y-shaped Flyovers to Control Traffic Jams while Switching Between Terminals

As per recent news updates, a Y-shaped flyover is planned to be formed to aid transit passengers at Delhi airport. These services are proposed by Delhi International Airport Pvt Ltd (DIAL) to improve connectivity for passengers travelling on daily basis and facing huge traffic jams. Meanwhile, the plan is to reduce the traffic jams between IGI Airport's Terminal-1 on the one side and T3, 7 km away. Additionally, this Y-shaped mini-flyover will have 2 way access between the roads which are leading to T3 and Dwarka. The details regarding Y-shaped flyover were disclosed by DIAL while presenting to PS Kharola, Secretary of Aviation on Wednesday, June 26, 2019.
