Five Pakistani nationals and their families issued medical visas

In the last two days, five Pakistani nationals and their families have been issued medical visas by the Indian government. The details were shared on Twitter by Sushma Swaraj, External Affairs Minister. Among those who got a visa for urgent medical treatment in the country were two children and their family members. Nine-year-old Maria Danish will undergo bone marrow transplant at Gurugram's Artemis hospital, while five-year-old Nabeeha Rashid will undergo an open heart surgery at Noida's Jaypee Hospital. The other cases are of liver transplant and a bile duct complication post a liver transplant.

Daughter and adviser to the US President Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump arrived in India on early Tuesday. She is in India to attend the three-day Global Entrepreneurship Summit, which is being held in Hyderabad from November 28 to November 30, 2017. Ivanka Trump is leading a US delegation at the summit. The event is co-hosted by India and the United States.
