A youth pop star Tommy played by Shahid Kapoor, a Bihari migrant worker Alia Bhatt, a doctor and an activist played by Kareena Kapoor and all their lives are interconnected with Drugs. The subject of the film is one of the most important issues persisting in the state of Punjab for years, however, this topic was never talked about in Bollywood before. What is more interesting is its serious treatment in the film.
