This one is a bit of shocker since water passes through the gut and digestive system pretty quickly. However, if we look it at another way, it does fill out stomach and thus, prevent it from staying empty. And, it is only natural then that your hunger will get suppressed. Also, many times we take thirst for hunger and then eat the calorie-overloaded candies, biscuits and what not. So, keep yourself hydrated and curb those hunger pangs. (Hydration also makes your skin glows. So, this is win-win.)
And, here’s a neat trick. Before your full meal, drink a glass of water. This will curb your hunger a bit and you’ll end up eating less than usual. Simple!
