Like so many of my fellow Indians, I too am a paneer lover, this yummy cottage cheese or paneer can be used to make so many different and delicious dishes. It can be used in starters, main course and even desserts, today I made use of this to make delicious and mouth watering Achaari Paneer Tikka. This tikka is made with adding some yummy and tangy achaar masala to the preparation to give a perfect Indian taste and scintillate the taste buds. Its not at all difficult to make this and you can use this recipe to make Achaari Paneer Tikka at home. It goes perfect as a starter to a dinner menu and its sure will be loved and appreciated by all. All you need is (serves 4 )

Paneer – 250 gm (cut in to square )
Thick curd –  1/2 cup
Pickle masala – 2 tsp
Green chili- 2
Ginger- 1″ piece
Garlic -7 to 8 cloves
Green coriander – 1/2 cup
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Nigella seeds – 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp

Achaari Paneer Tikka Recipe

Roast fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds and cumin seeds till the aroma come.
Grind the spices with green chilies, garlic, pickle masala, ginger, green coriander.
Add little curd and make a paste
In a bowl whisk the curd and mix the paste, salt and oil to prepare the marinade.
Dip the paneer in the marinade and keep for 1/2 hr.
Skewer the paneer on a skewer and grill on a barbeque or gas oven till the color of paneer change to golden brown.
Remove the paneer and serve hot with coriander chuteny
