As a kid I always used to wonder and got fascinated by this ‘green colored gobhi‘, actually called Broccoli. However, this amazing vegetable is very rich in vitamins and minerals and prevents a lot of diseases. The taste of Broccoli is very different and it can be enjoyed in salads and curries.

Here, in my dish I married the wonderful Broccoli with cauliflower (gobhi) to prepare some mouth watering and tempting pakoras. The besan coating does wonders to the deep fried snack and it goes very well with some nice hot tea. Together, gobhi and broccoli creates a great combo with a slight twist in every bite. A little chaat masala on the top gives a perfect Indian flavor to the pakoras. For kids, serve it with their favorite tomato ketchup. So, have some of these pakoras for morning breakfast or as evening snacks while enjoying the monsoon rains.
