Dal Ka Paratha

Dal is generally made in all Indian homes and often we have leftovers which no one wants to throw, at the same time since its on the menu next day as well, so it’s hard to reuse the same one. Well, why not makeover this healthy dal into a Dal Ka Paratha? I generally use this dal to knead the wheat dough instead of plain water and add some more spices, and use this modified dough to make parathas. It tastes just awesome and is very nutrient rich, these parathas are very good for breakfast or school lunch and there is no risk of spilling the dal while carrying. I generally make this out of dhuli moong dal, however you can use any other. So let’s see today how to make Dal Ka Paratha with this easy recipe, in fact why not make a bread basket for your party menu with different kind of fillings in the parathas and include this one as well!
