2. Frozen Foods
Frozen foods are convenient as all you need to do is heat and consume them but are you aware of the ill-effects of frozen food? Refrigerated or frozen food has a texture which appears really pleasing to the taste buds but it contains trans fats in high amount. Also, these foods aren’t good for health.
Alternate: Eat fruits or drink shakes instead of frozen foods if you really want to stay fit and lose weight.
