Ingredients

 – 300 g whole kernel corn, drained

 – 300 g cream-style corn

 – 225 g sour cream

 – 240 g dry cornbread mix

 – 1 small onion, diced

 – 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Grease a baking dish of the size of order 9×13 inch.

2. Take a bowl and mix together 3/4 cup of Cheddar cheese, onion, dry cornbread mix, sour cream, cream-style corn, and whole corn. Now pour the well-mixed batter into the baking dish.

3. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.

4. Now, remove from oven and sprinkle with the remaining of cheese. Bake for 20 minutes more.

5. Serve hot.
