Honey Sesame Tofu

People in India are more inclined towards paneer, which is a milk solid and used in many dishes across the spectrum. Tofu, on the other hand, is a soy milk product, also called bean curd. It is very healthy as it provides a good amount of proteins and iron and does not contain much calories by itself. So it is a good substitute for paneer. It has been used as an ingredient since ancient times in China and is prevalent now in the Southeast Asian cuisine. Its usage is also picking up in India and it is now available commercially in a lot of supermarkets. In this recipe I used honey and sesame seeds to make Honey Sesame Tofu. It can be served with rice or noodles, or enjoyed as a snack. Be a part of this upcoming trend and use this Honey Sesame Tofu Recipe at your home!
