Ingredients needed for Mixed Veg  Raita

Curd – 1 cup

Salt to taste

Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp

Red chili flakes or powder – 1/2 tsp

Onion – 1/4 cup (chopped)

Tomato – 1/4 cup (chopped)

Cucumber – 1/4 cup (chopped)

Green chili – 1 (chopped)

Green coriander – 1 tbsp

How to make Mixed Veg Raita

Whisk the curd till it is smooth.

Add all the remaining ingredients.

Mix well.

Garnish with fresh coriander.

Serve chilled.
