Skip the mundane fasting recipes and indulge yourself in the tantalizing and crisp paneer tikkis. Tikkis made with paneer and singhare ka atta will please your taste buds to the core and will fade away the feeling of fasting with its scrumptious taste.

Recipe

For the tikkis: Add 3 grated boiled potatoes, 500 grams of mashed paneer, singhare ka atta, rock salt, chopped green chilies and ginger, and chopped tulsi in a mixing bowl to  make a dough. By taking small balls of this dough, make medium sized tikkis. Heat small amount of ghee in a non-stick frying pan and fry the tikkis until they turn crisp and golden on both the sides. Serve hot with pudina chutney.

For the pudina chutney: Grind pudina leaves, green chilies, one tomato, and rock salt with some water in a blender together. Your pudina chutney is ready to be relished!
