Oats Idli

Just few days back while travelling, I read in a health magazine that idlis are counted among the most healthy breakfasts in India. One other thing which caught my attention were oats that helps in reducing cholesterol, a common health hazard for most Indians. Oats as such may not excite kids and adults and so I was wondering how it can be introduced in their diet. So today I thought of making a healthy combination of both, oats and idli, and called it ‘Oats Idli’. The taste came out great and was loved by all. Serve them with home made sambhar and some chutney. Oats Idli are perfect for breakfast and serves as a satisfying meal.
