5 Hot Winter Snack Recipes Everybody Can Make

III. Vegetable Pakoda: There’s no other hot snack like pakoda. And, we are not talking about devouring the low-in-nutrition oil-soaked dollops of besan. What we are raving about is the refreshing vegetables-packed gram flour bunched together to create a great treat. It’s healthy, it’s nutritious, and oh-so lip smacking. Nothing better than indulging in some pakoda fun on a winter evening.

 

Ingredients:

  • 40 g onion
  • 40 g carrot
  • 120 g besan
  • 40 g potato
  • 40 g mint chutney
  • 40 g capsicum
  • 40 ml sunflower oil
  • 20 g corn flour
  • 1 piece banana leaf
  • 1 g chaat masala

 

Steps:

1. Take all the vegetables and mix them properly with besan.

2. Deep fry the mix until golden brown colour develops.

3. Now, remove it from the pan and cut into small parts.

4. Toss with chaat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
