Rainbow sandwich is a perfect and easy to make sandwich dish. This will take not more than 5 minutes. Moreover, you can easily carry it to your workplaces or the school-going students can get it packed in their lunch boxes. The raw vegetables added to this sandwich provide fibre and vitamins, along with flavour.

Ingredients: Slices of Bread, Vegetables, Green Pudina Chutney, Red Tomato Sauce, Butter, Black pepper, Oregano and Salt.

How to make:

1. Take 3 slices of bread.
2. Now on one slice apply butter.
3. Take another slice to apply green chutney on it.
4. Take third one and apply some tomato ketchup on it.
5. Take some chopped pieces of tomato and cucumber.
6. Lay one bread flat and put cucumber slices on it.
7. Top it with another slice and put tomatoes on it.
8. Top it with the third bread. Now, cut the sandwich diagonally in two halves.
8. Serve the rainbow sandwiches garden fresh on the plate.

The cravings are hopefully over now, enjoy the meal. You can add other vegetables as per your taste, such as sliced olives and lettuce.
