Diwali gift: Delhi govt hikes contractual workers salary

Delhi government has decided to hike the salary of 55 lakh contractual workers engaged in government or private agencies in the national capital. As per the report, unskilled workers will get Rs 14,842 (earlier Rs 14,000) per month. Semi-skilled workers will now receive Rs 16,341 instead of Rs 15,400. Skilled workers will get 17,991 per month (earlier it was 16,962)
