Rusk is also an item that can be easily made at home with your choice of ingredients!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Here is a yummy recipe for crunchy and milky butter rusks.<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredients to prepare Butter Rusk at home:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Flour\/whole-wheat flour according to your choice &#8211; 150 grams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cornstarch &#8211; 15 grams\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Butter &#8211; 30 grams\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Dry Yeast &#8211; 7 grams\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Milk powder &#8211; 20 grams\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Condensed milk &#8211; 20 grams\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Milk &#8211; 80 grams\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One pinch of cinnamon powder (this is an optional step for taste)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step by Step Butter Rusks Recipe:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a large mixing bowl, add the flour, dry yeast, cornstarch, milk powder, salt, cinnamon powder and mix it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now add the condensed milk, butter and milk to the dry mixture. Mix till its all combined<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Knead it till it looks like dough. Keep kneading for a while longer till it seems smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let the kneaded dough rest for 45 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After the dough is rested, take it and cut it into two parts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Roll them into cylindrical shapes and proof them<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Put the rolls in the oven for 20 minutes at 180\u00b0C<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take it out and let it cool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After cooling, cut the roll into slices and bake the slices again for 20 minutes at 120\u00b0C this time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Crispy and buttery rusks are ready.
