A change in flavours and ingredients and make it look and taste delicious. No one wants to have a boring salad as a meal or along with their meal. This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapsofindia.com\/my-india\/food\/pasta-salad\">pasta salad is easy to prepare and amazing in taste recipe<\/a>. It is full of colourful vegetables, which does not only look good but are enriched with a range of nutritional compounds. It also has tuna fish, which is a good source of omega-3. The star ingredient is pasta, a good source of carbohydrates.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients: (Serves 3 to 4)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Pasta- 300g\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(boiled)<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Canned Tuna fish- 150g<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Red bell pepper- half cup,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(chopped)<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Green bell pepper- half cup,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(chopped)<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Yellow bell pepper- half cup,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(chopped)<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lettuce \u2013 half cup,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(chopped)<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Canned olives- half-cup\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(chopped)<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Green apple- half-cup\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(chopped)<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt- to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Black pepper powder- 3 tbsp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Honey- 1 tbsp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mayonnaise- 5 to 6 tbsp<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Method:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a large bowl and in it, add the canned tuna. Make sure the tuna is at room temperature.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now add in all the bell peppers and lettuce and mix them all.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After that, add the pasta and olives and give it a mix again.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Gradually add the mayonnaise and honey and mix them all well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Then add salt, black pepper, and green apple and mix them all. (Remember to add the apple at the last because it releases water which can spoil the texture of the salad)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After mixing the salad well, refrigerate it for at least 3 hours.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After it is well-frozen, take it out of the fridge, and it is ready to serve.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">* You can replace tuna with boiled chicken<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The word salad might sound boring when it comes to preparing or eating it.
