Experts always advise you to include eggs in your regular diet. Having the same preparation of eggs such as omelets, scrambled eggs or simple boiled eggs can become very boring. This egg salad is very easy to prepare yet very delicious. This egg salad contains vegetables like bell pepper and spring onion, which are enriched with important health nutrients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Eggs-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">7 to 8 whole,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">boiled<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Green bell pepper-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">half cup,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">chopped<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Yellow bell pepper-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">half cup,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">chopped<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Spring onion-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">half cup,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">chopped<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Black pepper-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tbsp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Paprika powder-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00bd tsp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mayonnaise-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">half cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Tomato ketchup-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tbsp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cherry tomatoes-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 to 5,\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">sliced in halves\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0(For garnish)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lettuce leaves-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 leaves (For garnish)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Method:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a chopping board and knife, and slice the boiled eggs into small pieces. After slicing them add them to a large bowl and keep them aside.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a small bowl; add the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup along with a pinch of salt and black pepper powder. Mix them well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add the mayonnaise mixture to the egg gradually and mix it well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After adding the mayonnaise and mixing it well with the eggs, add the bell peppers and spring onion and mix them all once again.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now add some more salt, black pepper, and paprika powder and give it a good mix. After mixing it well refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Meanwhile, take a large plate, add the lettuce leaves on both ends of the plate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Place the cherry tomatoes in front of the lettuce leaves, keeping in a gap in the middle to place the salad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take out the salad from the fridge and layer it in the middle of the garnished plate. Sprinkle some black pepper on top and it is ready to serve.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">*<\/span><\/strong><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This salad can also be used as a filling for a sandwich to make a complete meal. Vegetables can be added as per your preference.
