I also like to innovate with these and often they turn out really well. This time I made Papad Ki Chaat which is what I share with you today. It took me less than ten minutes to make it and it tasted awesome. I mixed some <em>papad<\/em> with chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies with some nice <em>masala<\/em> and the Papad Ki Chaat was ready. I served it as a precursor to lunch and it acted as a surprising appetite booster and everyone loved the idea. You can serve it as an evening snack as well. So go ahead and use this simple recipe to create this lip smacking <em>chaat<\/em> with basic ingredients available in all Indian homes. Enjoy your meals!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients needed for\u00a0Papad Ki Chaat<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>(Serves 3-4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Urad dal papad &#8211; 3<\/li>\n<li>Onion &#8211; 1 (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Tomato &#8211; 1 (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Coriander leaves<\/li>\n<li>Lemon &#8211; 1\/2<\/li>\n<li>Green chili &#8211; 2 (cut in small pieces)<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>Chaat masala &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make Papad Ki Chaat<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Mix onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Microwave each papad\u00a0for a minute under maximum heat so that it is evenly cooked.<\/li>\n<li>Break these papads and add it to the bowl and add salt and <em>chaat masala. <\/em>Mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Squeeze lemon all over.<\/li>\n<li>Serve immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>True to my Indian roots, I love having chaat, whether it is pani poori or dahi bhalle, aaloo tikki or bhel puri, I just love them all.
