It is beneficial for the human body as herbs may help prevent heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Some types of the herb also help reduce blood clots and provide anti-inflammatory and anti-tumour properties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here\u2019s a recipe for herb dressing:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00be cup mixed fresh herbs( parsley, coriander, mint, chives, rosemary and basil)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One clove garlic, optional<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Two tablespoons olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Three tablespoons balsamic vinegar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Place herbs and garlic into a chopper and process until it gets chopped finely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add oil and vinegar and process until combined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Serve with lamb, chicken or fish.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Hollandaise Sauce<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Hollandaise sauce is also called Dutch sauce, a mixture of egg yolk, melted butter, and lemon juice that is usually seasoned with salt and either white pepper or cayenne pepper. It is a famous and delicious accompaniment to satay, grilled chicken or tofu, and many dishes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two cloves garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One small onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Two teaspoons peanut oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup roasted peanuts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One small chilli, halved and seeded<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3\/4 Cup of water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Two tablespoons lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0One tablespoon dark soya sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Two tablespoons coconut milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0One teaspoon brown sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Place the garlic and onion into a processing bowl and chop in quick bursts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Heat oil in a saucepan and cook garlic and onion mixture until golden brown.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Place remaining ingredients in a chopper and process until smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Pour the combined mixture over the garlic and onion mixture and stir over a gentle heat to warm through.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Serve precisely at the same time or cover and store in the refrigerator.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Satay sauce may get thick on standing and if this happens, stir it in a little more warm water.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Hot Chocolate Sauce<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It\u2019s primarily famous among the kids as the chocolate sauce is lovely and adds a lot of flavour to any dessert. Unfortunately, having hot chocolate daily is not suitable for health, but it is okay once or twice a week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let\u2019s make the hot chocolate sauce:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3\/4 cup cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0\u00bd tablespoons brown sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 teaspoon vanilla essence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">75g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Combine cream sugar and vanilla essence in a small saucepan and heat until almost boiling. Cool slightly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Place the dark chocolate into a processing bowl and process it for 10 to 15 seconds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add the warm cream mixture slowly through the feed holes on the top of a processing lead and process for 10 to 15 seconds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Scrape the mixture from the sides of the bowl with a spatula.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Process mixture in short bursts until smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cover and store in the refrigerator.
