The variety of flavours and spices makes it rich in taste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let\u2019s make chicken Seekh kababs:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For kebabs:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Cup minced chicken\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp Chilli flakes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp Ginger\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two garlic paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 tsp Lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp Coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp Cumin powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp Garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp Onion paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 tsp Bread crumbs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One egg (yolk and white separated) \u20221 tsp Olive oil\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0In a food processor, add the chicken pieces, chilli flakes, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and grind to make a smooth and fine paste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now add the onion paste, bread crumbs, egg yolk and white, and oil and grind in the mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Keep it in the refrigerator for one hour<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Grease the skewers\/seekhs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Divide the mixture into equal portions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">6.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Take a one greased skewer and apply the mixture around it in a flattened shape.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">7.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Grill the kebabs on a barbeque.
