A little bit of patience is all one needs to make this recipe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>Let&#8217;s make a delicious green Christmas Tree dessert:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Preparation time:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a030 mins<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Total time<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: 45 mins<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 cups all-purpose flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsps baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 \u00bd tsp kosher salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Three sticks of unsalted butter, at room temperature\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 cups sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two large eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsps vanilla extract<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Green gel food colour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Round shaped cookie cutters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Small star cookie cutter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Royal icing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Chocolates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Caramel Chocolates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Grinded sugar for dusting<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Using an electric mixer at high speed, Take a bowl and beat the butter and sugar in it until they get light fluffy. Keep doing it for about 3 minutes. After that, hit the batter in eggs and then vanilla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lower the speed of the mixer and slowly add the flour mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Make a soft dough of the batter and keep it into four portions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Keep the portions wrapped in plastic while colouring.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Work on one portion at a time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add a few drops of green colour food to the dough and mix until it gets fully incorporated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Roll the batter between 2 sheets of parchment paper to 2 inches thick, and keep it in the freezer. Let it chill until firm. Please keep it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and 15 minutes in the freezer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Repeat with remaining dough.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now heat the oven to 350\u00b0F.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Line the baking sheets with parchment paper.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cut out the cookies using the floured cookie cutters.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Place down the cookies on prepared sheets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Reroll it and let it chill. Then cut the scraps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bake the cookies and keep rotating the positions of baking sheets halfway throughout until the cookies turn slightly light golden brown from the edges. It can take me up to 10 to 12 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let it cool on the baking sheets.
