The critical component of this dish is butter and cream because both of them add a creamy look and taste to the plate. Malai tikka is an easy recipe that can be quickly made at home. It is a little bit time consuming, but it\u2019s certainly worth it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let\u2019s make delicious Murgh Malai Tikka:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Chicken Breast &#8211; 500g<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cooking oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lemon (Lime Juice)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Curd<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cashew<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Green chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Water<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Method<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Green chutney<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take 12 pcs of cashew in a grinder jar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add \u00bd cup coriander to the jar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add four pcs of green chillies\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add 3 tsp water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Grind it well, resulting in a fine chutney<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Preparation<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cut the chicken breasts into the shape of cubes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Place the chicken in a bowl with the following ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\u00bd tsp of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp of freshly made ginger paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp of freshly made garlic paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00be tsp black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00be tsp Chaat Masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp lime juice\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mix the contents of the bowl well<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add 3 tsp of curd to the bowl<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add Green chutney to the bowl<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mix the contents well<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let the mixture marinate for at least 20 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cooking<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add 1 tbsp butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let it heat for 1 minute<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add the chicken pcs from the mixture to the pan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cook for 8 &#8211; 10 minutes on medium heat<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Grill the pcs for 3 &#8211; 4 seconds on direct flame.
