This dish is perfect to pair with some overloaded butter naan and parathas. You can enjoy it with the vinegar onions too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cooking time:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">45 Minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Preparation time:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a015 Minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Serves:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2-4<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 kg paneer\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Three medium Tomatoes Puree<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two small Onion Puree<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tbsp Ginger Paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp Garlic Paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2-3 Green Chillies\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1-inch Cinnamon Stick<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a04-5 Cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp Coriander Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp Red Chili Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp Haldi\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt according to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Wash and dry the boneless paneer Pieces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add the garlic paste to it and keep it aside for some time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In a karahi, heat 1 cup oil and add cloves and cinnamon sticks.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now, add the paneer pieces and fry them for around 10-15 mins or until it changes into golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add the paste of ginger and chillies in paneer and fry well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Keep frying.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After the paneer gets slightly cooked, add the puree of tomato and onion and mix well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Keep cooking until the mixture starts leaving the oil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now add some water and cover it with a lid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cover until the paneer turns tender and soft.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Check for salt and adjust accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Turn off the flame, garnish the paneer with coriander leaves, and serve hot.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Both Pakistan and Indian cuisines have many things in common when it comes to food.
