Food is undoubtedly one such element.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Sarva Pindi, also known as crisp rice roti in English, is a popular snack from Telangana. People belonging to all walks of life enjoy the crispiness of its taste. As it&#8217;s often made out of Rice flour (that is commonly available), it is affordable. What makes Telangana&#8217;s Rice flour roti unique is the ingredients that go into the making, which ultimately is the reason behind the flavours of this amazing dish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here are the ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One Khadai<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup of rice flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp turmeric<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2tsp of chana dal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2tsp of peanuts (roasted)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two chopped green chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00bd cul of chopped coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00bd cup of chopped curry leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt as per the requirement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Oil as required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Water as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Preparation:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Step 1:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a bowl and soak the chana dal for at least an hour and later drain the water from the dal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Step 2:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take the rice flour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add drained chana dal, sesame seeds, chilli powder, turmeric, salt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Curry leaves.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Crush the peanuts before adding them.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Next, add the required water, knead the dough well, and divide the dough into portions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Step 3:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take the Khadai, add some oil, and spread it evenly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Next, take the dough and press the dough evenly into the Khadai, make a few holes in the Sarva Pindi, and add some oil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Step 4:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now, place the Khadai on the stove on medium flame.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cook the Sarva Pindi on medium heat for 10-15 minutes; it slowly loosens out, and when the texture turns crispy and golden brown. It is the time to take the Sarva Pindi out of the Kadai, and that&#8217;s it.
