No wonder why the state is food heaven for non-veg eaters. The state has got many authentic mouth-watering dishes. Among these, wedding-style dishes have a different fan base. Telangana wedding special Chicken Curry has another type of Thick gravy, and this dish can be made easily. Wedding dishes are always unique and spicy usually. This curry goes well with Rice and Rumali Roti. This curry is not made with too many spices, traditionally used in a typical chicken curry, yet this dish gets that flavour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 kilo Chicken<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">tbsp Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp Ghee<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/3 cup Curd<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup Fried Onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/3 cup Tomato Paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tbsp Tomato ketchup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tbsp Green chilli Sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp Shahi Jeera<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp Coriander Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp Roasted Jeera (Cumin) Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1.5 tbsp Red Chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Bunch Coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tbsp Vinegar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 Pinches of Red Food Colour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tbsp Fresh Cream<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(For masala &#8211; Ingredients)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10 Almonds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10 Pistachio<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp Chironji<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Three green chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 Inch Cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 Cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4 Cardamoms<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp Black Pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Water \u2013 to grind the masala<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take the fresh chicken. In a bowl, coat the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lemon, and \u00bd tsp salt, and marinate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fry all the mentioned masala ingredients on low flame in a pan. Once it changes colour, please take it in a blender, add some water and blend it into a fine paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now mix the paste, add-in in tomato puree, shahi jeera, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, fried onions, coriander to the chicken, and marinate each piece well. Marination is the major step in preparation. Therefore marinate the chicken for 3 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Next, take a pan and put in some oil. Once the oil is heated, put marinated chicken in the oil and cook on a medium flame for 5-10min.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mix well, and stir the curry every 5 minutes at regular intervals. It usually takes 25-30 minutes t cook the whole chicken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When the oil starts separating from the chicken, it is cooked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add some fresh cream and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let the chicken cook for three more minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now cut the stove off, and it is ready to serve.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Telangana is often ranked high in the list of non-veg eaters in the country.
