Every Punjabi loves consuming food that is rich in flavours and taste. The famous chef Vikas Khanna was born in the city of flavours called Amritsar. The state remains in talks for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let us make a delicious lip-smacking recipe for Amritsari Bhurji:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 Tbsp Chickpea Flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Tbsp Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 Spoon Turmeric Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">200 Grams Cottage Cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 Tbsp Butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Sliced and Diced Onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Diced Capsicum<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Diced Tomato\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Tsp Coriander Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 \u00bd Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 Tbsp Curd<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Inch Grinded Ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Tbsp Black Pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1. Heat a pan on a medium flame and add one tablespoon of oil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Add one tablespoon of red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder into the oil and stir well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Now, keep the spices aside and heat another pan on a medium flame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. Add one tablespoon of butter to the pan, and then immediately add the diced onions and green chilli. Fry until golden brown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5. Now add the diced capsicum and fry until golden brown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">6. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">7. Fry until the mixture turns soft and golden brown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">8. Now add one and a half tablespoons of pav Bhaji masala, roasted chickpea flour, curd and 1\/4 cup of water in it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">9. Fry this mixture for five minutes on a medium flame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10. Take a chopping board and place the cottage cheese on it. Chop the cottage cheese into small cubes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">11. Add the diced cottage cheese cubes into the mixture and stir well for two to three minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">12. Now add the ginger paste and black pepper into the mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">13. You can also add some garlic cloves if you want some.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Finally, the Amritsari bhurji is ready!
