Telangana style gots its style of cooking. A lot of masalas and the tangy tamarind taste make the curry unique. It&#8217;s a simple dish and can be cooked quickly as the ingredients are simple and easily available.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00bc cup fenugreek<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4 tsp of peanuts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp coriander seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp cumin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2tsp sesame seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp ginger garlic paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp turmeric<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">salt as required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00bd cup dey coconut powder<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">These are the ingredients for masala, and other ingredients are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4 tsp oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">300ml tamarind juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two large onions sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Six boiled eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">500ml water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00bd cup coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">First, take a bowl and boil the eggs. Once the eggs are boiled, take them out, peel the outer layer and keep it ready.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Make cuts and Fry the boiled eggs until it changes their colour to light brown. Once fried, keep it aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a Kadai and heat the oil. Live the oil is heated, add onions and fry them until there is a colour change. Once the onions turn brownish. Take them into a bowl and keep them aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now take a pan. Once the pan gets heated, add the masala ingredients mentioned above (one by one) and roast them all perfectly. It gives a great aroma.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Grind the roasted masalas into a fine powder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric, and tamarind extract into the fine powder and grind it into a thick paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now take a large Kadai, pour 4 tsp of oil, and heat it.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Once the oil is heated, add the fine paste to the Kadai and cook for 2 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Pour in 500ml water and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add the fried, boiled eggs and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Allow the gravy to boil and cook for 10 more minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Once the gravy turns thick, add in coriander and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cut the stove off.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Telangana-style Masala Egg Curry is ready to serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Tip: Before making the tamarind extract, make sure the tamarind is soaked in water for at least 15-20min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Egg curry is a popular Indian main course dish with rice and Rotis.
