Moreover, the refined flour-free soya tastes delicious if cooked perfectly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is a lip-smacking dish which can be served as both starter and main course. It is made from soft cream, coriander leaves and hung curd. Coriander leaves are beneficial for health and are undoubtedly used in almost every dish. Soya contains a lot of protein. So overall, this dish is healthy and mouth-watering at the same time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here\u2019s the recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One bowl hung curd<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two bowls of coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One bowl of fresh cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One bowl of chopped onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One bowl of chopped capsicum<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2-3 chopped chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">9-10 cloves of garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Packet frozen soya chaap<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Take out the packet of soya chaap from the freezer and soak it in normal water for 3 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Please take it out from the water bowl and let it dry. When the oil gets hot, Add 2-3 soya chaaps in it and fry well until golden brown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Fry all the soya chaaps and place them on a plate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Now take a mixer and add two bowls of coriander leaves, one bowl of hung curd, Salt and 3-4 green chillies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Grind it to make a fine paste. Now take out the coriander gravy in a bowl.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">6.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Heat a pan and add one spoon of oil to it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">7.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Add the paste of ginger garlic in hot oil and saute well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">8.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Add the chopped onions and capsicums to the oil and saute well for 3-4 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">9.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Now turn off the flame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Cut the soya chaaps into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the saut\u00e9ed onions and capsicums to its pieces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">11.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Mix them and then add a bowl of cream.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">12.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Now add the coriander gravy to the bowl. Mix all of this mixture nicely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">13.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Heat a pan and add the chaap and a little more cream to make a heavy creamy gravy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">14.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Turn off the flame and place the Hariyali chaap in a bowl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">And it\u2019s ready.
