It is a traditional dish associated with the history of our land because of the diet for many decades. Paya is a slow-cooked dish that takes time, and it requires a variety of ingredients that make the plate flavourful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00bd cup oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">300 gm Paya Bones<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Tsp black pepper\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One pinch of cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Five green cardamom<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Seven cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One bay leaf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp jeera<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">200-250gm onion paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp jeera powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tsp chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp ginger garlic paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt as required\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp turmeric<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1tsp black pepper powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">700 ml water\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Five green chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup of coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 Lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take the way bones into a bowl, clean them perfectly for three at least, and keep it aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a low-bottom-sized pressure cooker and add in oil. Once the oil is heated, add black pepper, cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, and cumin. Fry them until a pleasant aroma comes out.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add in onion paste and cook until it turns into golden brown colour. Make sure onions are turned into brown colour perfectly, as this step makes the dish tastier.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Include ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, tsp salt, and pepper powder. Mix well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add in Paya bones and mix well with the masalas on high flame. Make sure every piece is well coated with the masala.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Pour in 200 ml water and mix well. Cook until the oil floats on low flame only.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Once the oil starts floating, pour in 500ml water and mix well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Place the cooker lid and cook until there are four whistles on low flame and three whistles on medium flame.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Later, the gravy turns thicker, and the bones are well cooked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add in coriander and green chillies and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cut the stove off. Let it cool for 2-4 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add in a lemon squeeze.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mutton Paya is ready to serve.
