Malai kofta can be enjoyed with lip-smacking butter naan or Lachha paratha.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here\u2019s the recipe for this mouth-watering dish:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">200g grated cottage cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Four boiled potatoes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">12-15 Cashew Nuts\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fresh Amul cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3-4 tomatoes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Arrowroot<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Red chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Garam Masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Coriander powder\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1. First, grate the cheese and mash the boiled potatoes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper to the mixture of boiled potatoes and cheese.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. With the help of your hands, take one spoon of mixture and give it a round cylindrical shape.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. Keep following the previous step to make the potato nuggets in perfect cylindrical shapes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5. Mix the potato nuggets in cornflour one by one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">6. Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Then add the potato nuggets and fry them until golden brown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">7. Take a grinder, and add cashew nuts and tomatoes. Make a fine paste.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">8. Now heat another pan and add some oil to it. Pour the tomato and cashew nuts gravy into the oil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">9. Add salt, red chilli powder, and Coriander powder and stir well until the oil starts getting out on its own.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10. Now add the cream and a little amount of water. Let it cook for 5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">11.
