It is made in street style too and out of chicken. People of all age groups enjoy this dish, and it has all the flavours to cherish every bite of it. This dish can be made quickly as it requires readily available ingredients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">300 gm chicken breast<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One egg<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cumin powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Turmeric<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Maida<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Corn flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Curry leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Green chillies chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Small onion chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Chilli paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">250ml whisked curd<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Coriander chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lemon squeeze<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Wash the chicken breast ideally in a bowl and cut the breast into long thin strips.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take the strips in a bowl and add \u00bd tsp of cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, turmeric, and egg. Mix well and add 2 tsp of maida and cornflour. Mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now take a Kadai and heat oil. Once the oil is heated, fry the chicken strips until it turns crispy and changes their colour. So you need to deep fry the strips perfectly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil. Add c4 green chillies chopped, and one small onion chopped, four garlic and two springs of curry. Mix well for 5 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Once the onions start changing their colour, add 1\/4th tsp of ginger garlic paste and chilli paste. Mix well until there is no more raw smell.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add a pinch of turmeric and 250gm whisked curd. Mix well to top formation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add some garam masala, coriander powder, and salt as required. Mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now add some turmeric and the fried chicken strips. Make sure the flavours are mixed well with the chicken strips.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add some coriander and squeeze a lemon.
