The Fenugreek leaves reduce inflammation in the body and have a higher fibre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here is a recipe to make a lip-smacking Indo Mexican breakfast dish by using the fenugreek leaves, which your kids will love for sure, as a lot of cottage cheese will be added to this dish for the stuffing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Just follow these easy steps:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For the tortillas<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 cup gram flour (besan)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup maize flour (makai ka atta)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u20221\/2 cup fenugreek (methi) leaves finely chopped\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One onion, finely diced\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp ginger, grated\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp dry pomegranate (ardana powder)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp salt\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp Red Chilli powder\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 tsp Carom seeds (ajwain)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Water as required\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For the filling<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">finely chopped 1 tbsp coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">finely chopped 1 tsp green chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">salt and pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Chaat Masala to taste\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 tbsp olive oil to pan-fry\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salsa Sauce or green yoghurt chutney<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Preparation time:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">20 Minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cooking time:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10 Minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Serves:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u2022Firstly, prepare the batter of tortillas by pouring all ingredients like 1 cup gram flour, maize flour, fenugreek leaves, onions, ginger, pomegranate powder, salt, red chilli powder, and carom seeds into a glass bowl and mix them well. Add water to make a batter of thick pouring consistency.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now put the filling ingredients like cottage cheese, coriander leaves, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and pepper in another glass bowl and mix them well together.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now heat a pan, add two tablespoons of olive oil, and then spread a spoonful of batter to make a tortilla.
