The health depends on what ingredients have been selected to add to the salad.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Adding dressings and toppings in small amounts is good for health, but salad can cause calories and weight gain if added in excess.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here are the recipes for three healthy salads:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Tomato stem side salad<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Serves<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: 4<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cooking time:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">15 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Preparation time:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Four raw tomatoes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 tbsp yoghurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two tablespoons of diced capsicums<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two tablespoons of chopped green beans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two tablespoons of corns<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two tablespoons cucumbers\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Black Pepper\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">chaat masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">tartar (mayonnaise) sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cheese spread\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1. Place the tomatoes stem side down and cut them into four or five slices without going to the bottom. Just slice them in the shape of open flowers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Sprinkle the incisions lightly with salt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Now place the yoghurt in a glass bowl, add the diced capsicum, beans, cucumbers, and corn, and season them with black pepper, chaat masala, mayonnaise sauce, and cheese spread. Mix very well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. Stuff the filling into the slides in the tomatoes by using a sharp and blunt knife.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5. Garnish with coriander and parsley leaves and arrange the stem side tomatoes on lettuce leaves.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Delicious combo salad<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup sprouts\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup black sprouted chickpeas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup green beans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup diced carrots<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup cucumbers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup tomatoes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup sliced apples\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 tsp chaat masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Black Pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two tablespoons of honey mustard<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One tablespoon of vinaigrette dressing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">lettuce leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1. Place The sprouts in a glass bowl, add diced beans, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, and apples, then season them with chaat masala, salt, and pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Now add honey mustard with the vinaigrette dressing to make a soft and smooth dressing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Chill before serving\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. Before adding the salad to the plate, place a lettuce leaf on a serving platter. That will add a more beautiful look to the salad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5. You can garnish some red cherries too.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Sunny honey salad<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 cups boiled macaroni\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup green beans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup red bell pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup corns<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 chilli flakes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Oregano<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lettuce leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Yoghurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mayonnaise<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1. Pour the boiled macaroni into a glass bowl, then add diced beans, red bell pepper, corns and lettuce leaves.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Sprinkle some chilli flakes, oregano, salt and pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Blend some yoghurt and mayonnaise to make a beautiful white delicious salad dressing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Don\u2019t forget to chill before serving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5. Place a lettuce leaf on the serving dish. Then pour over the sunny honey salad on it.
