It can be eaten for breakfast as a main meal, side dish, or snack.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Dhokla is very similar to khaman, while khaman is generally made from chickpeas and yellow. However, it is made of a batter obtained from a mixture of rice flour and chickpea flour, whereas Salsa is a Mexican dish composed of beautiful red tomatoes and other veggies. You can also make Salsa in Indian style.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here is a fantastic recipe for Dhokla with Salsa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup granulated wheat<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon ginger paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup curd<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon of baking soda<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For Salsa:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2 cup finely chopped tomatoes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup finely chopped onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup sliced cucumber<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two garlic cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon of lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon cumin powder<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1. Add granulated wheat, ginger, salt, sugar, green chillies, oil, and curd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Now, mix all the ingredients well. Beat until smooth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Add some more water and beat it smoothly again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. Now add some fruit salt and baking soda lightly to it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5. Then, immediately pour the mixture into the steamer vessel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">6. Steam it for about 20 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">7. Cut the dhoklas into small cube pieces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">8. Now start preparing the Salsa. Take another glass bowl and add the finely chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, garlic cloves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and cumin powder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">9. Arrange the dhoklas on the serving dish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10. Add one spoon of Salsa on each piece and then leftover Salsa around the edges of the serving dish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">11.
