Instead of taking medicines,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">you can try these natural incredible stress-relieving exercises:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Stretching your legs<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Stretching legs helps to relax the muscles. All you have to do is:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Stand straight\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bend one leg and hold it on the backside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Keep the tip of the toes straight and feel the pressure while bending the legs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Hold 15 seconds, lower the leg and repeat with the other leg.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Keep in mind that the back remains straight.
