One such recipe is Raj kachori (Fried and stuffed snack with many sweet curds). It is like a royal dish usually enjoyed as a dessert or starter recipe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To make a perfect Raj Kachori, you have to make the perfect dough and round shape.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here\u2019s the recipe of Raj Kachori:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup refined flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon full of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon semolina<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 \u00bd spoon oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup oil for frying<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 cup puffed rice\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two big spoons of oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon of black mustard seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 spoon asafoetida\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 spoon turmeric powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two spoon red chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon cumin powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon chaat powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon of all spices powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup sweet vermicelli<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup fried chickpea flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup boiled potato<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup chopped onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup pomegranate seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup tamarind seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1 cup tamarind sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup mint sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup garlic sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 cup sweetened curd<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Take a bowl and mix the refined flour, semolina, salt, baking soda, and oil.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Knead the dough by adding little water. Knead the dough for three to four minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Please keep it for fifteen to twenty minutes. Then knead for 2-3 minutes to make the dough soft and smooth.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Divide it into equal balls and roll it into three inches in width.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fry them in hot oil.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fry on low flame till golden brown.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bring out when the fried balls of refined dough (kachoris) are crispy.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let the kachoris cool.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Heat the oil to make the puffed rice crispy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cook the mustard seeds. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder and lye and mix.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mix red chilli powder and salt.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u2022Add sweet and salty vermicelli and fried chickpea balls to the crisp.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mix the spice ingredients as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now place the kachori on a plate.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fill it with crisps.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add chutneys, onions, and tomatoes on top.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Add remaining ingredients, including yoghurt.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Sprinkle Sev on top and decorate.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Serve delicious Raj Kachori in the evening snack.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whether it is country or abroad, the street food recipes of India are prevalent everywhere.
