But the kids usually avoid eating salads. You can make the salad creatively, which will surely attract the kids.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">So here\u2019s a recipe for the green and black chickpeas salad boat:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two cucumbers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup overnight soaked black chickpeas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup boiled black chickpeas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup sliced tomatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup cooked and sliced potatoes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup sprouted green gram<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup chopped coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon of coriander and mint sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon of tamarind sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon pomegranate\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon of black salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/4 cup diced onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon of Cumin powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1\/2 spoon of Red chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">One spoon of all spices mix powder (Chat masala)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recipe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1. Boil the black chickpeas in water and add two tablespoons of salt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Take out a fresh cucumber from the fridge and make thin slices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Now, take another cucumber and cut the cucumber vertically into two with the help of a knife. Now remove the material from the inside. Give a boat shape to the cucumber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. Take a big bowl and add soaked and boiled black chickpeas, sprouted green gram, tomatoes, onions, boiled mashed potatoes and sliced cucumber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5. Pour a spoon of tamarind sauce and green coriander sauce into the bowl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">6. Mix all the ingredients. Place a plate over the bowl and shake it for a while to mix the ingredients well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">7. Now add some lemon juice and again toss and mix.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">8. Fill the empty cucumber boat with the green salad and garnish a lot of boiled black chickpeas and some chopped coriander.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">9. If you\u2019re a cheese lover, you can garnish some cottage cheese over the salad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">10.
