Shruti Sharma of Delhi topped the list. Her story is an example of inspiration for people who couldn&#8217;t clear the exam. In this year&#8217;s UPSC CSE 2021 results, the top four female candidates are Shruti Sharma (AIR 1), Ankita Agarwal (AIR 2), and Gamini Singla (AIR 3) and Aishwarya Verma (AIR 4). (AIR 4). She attended Cambridge Primary School in Delhi from kindergarten to fifth grade and then Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Delhi for her secondary schooling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Shruti Sharma is a St Stephen&#8217;s College graduate of Delhi University. At the time of her graduation, she was a History Honours student. Sharma then moved on to Jawaharlal Nehru University to get a Master&#8217;s degree in Modern History (JNU).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Meanwhile, she enrolled in the UPSC Preparation Coaching Academy at Jamia Millia Islamia, a residential programme. Here, she discovered her motivation to prepare for the UPSC CSE exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What is the UPSC exam procedure?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The UPSC test is divided into preliminary, mains, and interview. The preliminary exam is worth 400 points. There are two papers, each with multiple objective questions. Agarwal received 1,050 points, including 871 in the written section and 179 in the interview. Gamini Singla, who came in third place, received 1,045 points (858 in the main and 187 in the interview), while Aishwarya Verma, who came in fourth place, received 1,039 points (860 in written and 1179 in the interview).
