It has now become a favourite of people from all over the country, and goes well on picnics and travel journeys. I also like it as a filling between bread loafs, with some ketchup. Numerous Aaloo Bhujiya packets are available in the market; however, with this recipe you can make amazing Aaloo Bhujiya at home and enjoy as much as you want.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how to make this snack for all occasions.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients needed for\u00a0Aaloo Bhujiya<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong> (serves multiple)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potato &#8211; 1\/2 cup (Boiled, peeled and grated)<\/li>\n<li>Besan &#8211; 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Oil &#8211; 1 tbsp and for frying<\/li>\n<li>Salt &#8211; 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Chaat masala &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Red chili powder &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How to make Aaloo Bhujiya<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Put besan, grated potato and oil in a pan.<\/li>\n<li>Mix together nicely.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt, chaat masala and red chili powder.<\/li>\n<li>Mix nicely.<\/li>\n<li>Add very little water and knead to make a tight dough.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and keep the dough for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the dough in 4 parts.<\/li>\n<li>Fill one part in the sev press fitted with fine net.<\/li>\n<li>Press the sev press over the hot oil.<\/li>\n<li>Simmer the heat.<\/li>\n<li>Fry till golden brown from both the sides.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oil on a kitchen tissue-lined plate.<\/li>\n<li>Allow to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Break the bhujia into small pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Store in an airtight container.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A perfect snack for a perfect evening, the Aaloo Bhujiya goes well with tea or coffee or just nibbling while reading something.
